Music Support To Trump Newly Elected 2016 Presidential Candidate Unprecedented

Though celebrity and American businessman Donald J.Trump has now become the newly elected President of the United States, the 2016 election should also be noted for the unprecedented music celebrity support garnered by his competitor, and now debunked nominee Hillary R. Clinton.  It's no news that the music industry is worlds away from politics. However, this did not wane support in droves from highly visible musicians, including Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Jay-Z, Jon Bon Jovi, Alicia Keys, and Bruce Springsteen, even leaving a few in a state of shock and awe at the resulting end of the election. Conversely, Trump's staunchest celebrity supporters are mostly culled from the televised media world, such as Scott Baio, Stephen Baldwin, and Will Robertson.

Famed Rock Band Releases New Music

Grammy® Award-winning Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Rock band, Red Hot Chili Peppers, have released new single, "Dark Necessities," from 11th studio album, The Getaway.  The new release is produced by Danger Mouse, and mixed by Nigel Godrich.  The Red Hot Chili Peppers will tour, in support of new release, this summer at a variety of music festivals around the world this summer including Lollapalooza in Chicago.

80's Metal Band Reunites For Single Performance

The original members of Dokken, Don Dokken, George Lynch, Jeff Pilson and Mick Brown, are reuniting for one single U.S. performance- at Badlands Pawn in Sioux Falls, South Dakota - on September 30, 2016.  "The band, known for hit singles as "Alone Again", "Burning Like A Flame," and "In My Dreams," ....is also to film rehearsals and the show and hopefully produce a live dvd by the end of the year. Each member from the band is also planning on holding clinics for students at the Brennan Rock & Roll Academy during their time in Sioux Falls.  Tickets and VIP packages go on-sale August 27, 2016. 70's Rock Music Icon Adds New Tour Dates

Music icon Graham Nash (Hollies, CSN, CSNY) has confirmed new 2016 European Tour dates  supporting new studio release, This Path Tonight, out on April 15, 2016, via Nash's Blue Castle Label.  The release, featuring ten original songs, will be available on cd, digital and vinyl.   Producer / guitarist Shane Fontayne will also join Nash on the tour.  Nash adds:

"What a pleasure it was recording this album," ...
